Child Safety Standards
Golivegram has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation.
Golivegram is operated by Futurelink Technologies. These are our published standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). They apply to every person, every post, every live stream and every message on our platform, without exception.
Last updated: July 14, 2026
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police first. In India, dial 112 (emergency) or 1098 (Childline).
Our commitment
Children must never be sexualised, exploited or endangered on Golivegram. We prohibit CSAE without exception, we act on it as a highest-priority violation, and we cooperate fully with law enforcement. This is not a policy we balance against growth or engagement — it overrides them.
Zero tolerance
No warnings. No second chances.
Proactive review
Automated detection plus human review.
Full cooperation
We report to the relevant authorities.
What is strictly prohibited
The following are banned on Golivegram. Engaging in any of them results in immediate removal of the content, permanent termination of the account, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor, in any form, real or computer-generated.
- Sexualisation of minors, including suggestive posing, framing, captions, comments, hashtags or edits that sexualise a person under 18.
- Grooming — building a relationship with a minor to enable sexual abuse or exploitation, on or off the platform.
- Sextortion — threatening to expose a minor’s intimate imagery to coerce them.
- Solicitation — requesting, offering, or attempting to obtain or distribute CSAM or sexual contact with a minor.
- Trafficking and any advertisement, facilitation or promotion of the sexual exploitation of a minor.
- Off-platform redirection — using Golivegram to link to, advertise or direct anyone toward CSAE material or services elsewhere.
Age requirements
- Golivegram requires all users to be at least 13 years old. Users under 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- Monetisation, payouts and payment features require you to be at least 18 years old.
- Accounts we identify as belonging to a person under 13 are removed.
- Misrepresenting your age is a violation of our Terms of Service.
Anyone can report an account they believe belongs to an underage user, or an adult behaving inappropriately toward a minor, using the reporting steps below.
How we prevent and detect CSAE
- Automated moderation. Uploaded content is scored and classified automatically, and content flagged as potentially violating is held for review rather than distributed.
- Human review. Our moderation team reviews flagged content and reports. Child safety reports are treated as the highest priority queue.
- Community reporting. Every post, profile, live stream and message can be reported from inside the app.
- Enforcement history. We act on repeat and coordinated behaviour, not just single pieces of content.
- Blocking and safety controls. Users can block accounts, restrict who can contact them, and make their account private.
How to report a child safety concern
You do not need an account, and you do not need proof. If something concerns you, report it — we would rather review a hundred false alarms than miss one child.
- 1
In the app
Tap the ••• menu on any post, reel, profile, live stream or message, choose Report, and select the reason that best matches. Add details if you can — they help our reviewers act faster.
- 2
By email
Email legal@golivegram.com with links or usernames. This inbox is monitored for child safety reports.
- 3
To the authorities
You can always report directly to law enforcement, and you should if a child may be in danger. Reporting to us does not replace reporting to them.
Never download, save, screenshot or forward suspected CSAM.
Doing so is a criminal offence in most jurisdictions, including India — even if you intend to report it. Send us the link or username instead. Preserving the evidence is our job and the authorities’.
What we do when we find CSAE
- We remove the content immediately.
- We permanently terminate the account. This is not appealable for confirmed CSAE.
- We take action against linked and recreated accounts.
- We preserve the relevant account data and content in line with applicable law so that it is available to investigators.
- We report to the appropriate authorities (see below).
Users suspended for other violations may appeal through our in-app appeals process. Terminations for confirmed CSAE are final.
Legal compliance
Golivegram complies with all applicable child safety laws in the jurisdictions in which we operate, and reports to regional and national authorities as those laws require. These include, among others:
- The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 (India).
- Section 67B of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India), which criminalises publishing or transmitting material depicting children in sexually explicit acts.
- The Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 (India).
- Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy and Developer Program Policies.
Point of contact
We maintain a designated point of contact for child safety. This contact is able to speak to our CSAM prevention practices and our compliance with these standards, and responds to enquiries from Google, regulators and law enforcement.
These standards are reviewed regularly and may be updated as our product, the law, or the threat landscape changes. Continued use of Golivegram constitutes acceptance of these standards, which form part of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
